How do I book, and is availability live?

Book through the OwnerRez calendar or Book Now button on each property page. Availability syncs in real time with Airbnb and Vrbo, so there are no double bookings.

What are check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM at both homes. Late checkout until noon is available for $50 on request, when the next turnover allows.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before check-in, 50% refund if cancelled 7–30 days before, and no refund within 7 days of check-in. Optional travel insurance is available at checkout.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, at both homes: up to 2 adult, crate-trained dogs for $50 per dog per stay. Dogs only, no cats. Proof of rabies vaccination and flea/tick prevention is required, and pets must be disclosed when booking.

How do I get in?

Both homes have self check-in with a smart lock. Your personal entry details and WiFi information are sent before arrival.

How far are the beaches from Palm Paradise?

About 10 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach, with Madeira Beach and John's Pass a short drive further. Downtown St. Pete and Tampa International Airport are about 30 minutes.
