House rules
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. Primary renter must be 21+. No parties or events.
- No smoking. Please be a good neighbor and keep noise respectful, especially at night.
- Dogs welcome: up to 2 adult, crate-trained dogs, $50 per dog per stay. Proof of rabies vaccination and flea/tick prevention required; dogs must be crated when left alone. No cats.
- Exterior security cameras face the driveway and backyard; there are no cameras inside. A noise monitor measures decibel levels only and does not record sound.

- John's Pass Village: boardwalk seafood, shops, dolphin cruises and fishing charters.
- Explore: Pinellas Trail, Walsingham Park, Florida Botanical Gardens, downtown St. Pete museums and the St. Pete Pier (about 30 min).
- Airports: Tampa International (TPA) about 30 min; St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) about 25 min.
- A car is recommended for beach hopping; Uber and Lyft are widely available.
